From the team
No marketing edits. What they actually said.
Pay's on time and the work's varied. Best company I've worked with in 8 years on ropes. They treat you like a tradesman, not a temp.
They covered my L2 upgrade course after six months. Felt valued from day one. The crew has each other's backs on every job.
Equipment is top-spec, scaffolding when needed, and the office actually answers the phone. No drama, just steady work.

We match accepted candidates to current and upcoming projects every week. Most start within 7–14 days of acceptance. Sometimes sooner if a job lines up with your skills + location.
Bring your harness + helmet if you have ones you trust (we'll confirm the spec is accepted). Everything else (ropes, anchors, lanyards) is provided. Don't have your own harness yet? Tell us and we'll sort it.
London mostly, with regular projects in Birmingham, Manchester, Edinburgh and Bristol. For anything outside Greater London we cover travel + accommodation in full.
Weekly bank transfer every Friday for work completed that week. Self-employed via your UTR is the standard setup; we can also arrange PAYE for ongoing contracts.
Yes. After 12 months with us we contribute up to £900 toward your L2 or L3 upgrade course, or your 3-year refresher. We'll also reimburse First Aid and CSCS renewals.
Yes. Apply with your IRATA card and we'll let you know what extras are needed for the specific work we have coming up. For L1 / L2 starters these are often optional; for L3 supervisor work we'll need them in place before deployment.
